If you are looking for a small to medium size boat rental on Lake Minnetonka, we have the perfect setup. Our peddle boats are one of the most fun and newest additions to boat rentals appearing on the lake. Operating every day throughout May-October each year, PaddleTap is one of the highest ranking and trusted boating operators on Lake Minnetonka.
Our boats are pontoons designed to operate and function like a peddle pub on land. This allows guests who are interested in an interactive water experience to workout, converse and navigate their way throughout the lake. Participants looking for group activities that are outdoors particularly like this setup.
However, our boats are also engine equipped so should you want to relax and take in the scenery, we have no issues switching to our engine setup. This setup is offered for both public and private tours.
Our boat rentals are essentially pontoon rentals and are priced much more affordable than other pontoon rentals or yacht rental companies on Lake Minnetonka. All our boats have a driver who acts as a tour guide on your boat.
We have both private and public options. Private options allow you to book the entire boat for yourself while the public options group people together.
Our public tours provide the option to book individual seating and group you together with other individuals or small groups. Most people bring their own beverage (BYOB) and use the tour to see Lake Minnetonka rather than celebrate a specific occasion.
Our private tours cater to those who want something specific, such as the events mentioned below.
Most people who book private options are celebrating an occasion, such as:
Public options are usually for those who want to tour Lake Minnetonka or find something interesting to do while in the Twin Cities.
All our tours take you around Lake Minnetonka within a span of 2 hours or less. We provide drink options including alcohol but there is also the option to BYOB. Most participants typically bring their own beverages or purchase alcohol from one of the starting points, such as Back Channel Brewing. Life jackets, first aid and the funniest staff ever are included.
Tours range from 100 minutes to 2 hours. Although Lake Minnetonka encompasses a chain of lakes, we remain on the largest lake.
